I'm spending the final day of November reading 'The Short Creek Rustlers' in preparation for my first audio book recording tomorrow!
Things career-wise are definitely on the up and up.
Despite the loss of my agent due to his wanting a change in life style, I have interviews lined up, and am still feeling confident that 'Faithless Bitches' is a great showcase for me...
Speaking of faithless bitches...

Last night's show was absurd...
Like something right out of a Christopher Guest film...
In the front row, there were 2 exceptionally drunk audience members drinking Moet right from the bottle.
Initially, I thought, my kind of people!
But, when they started making out during the show and having full on conversations during scenes, I changed my mind...
I had to get calmed down by a couple cast members, because I was a donkey's hair away from saying something.
During my quick changes backstage, I was trying to find the most positive, constructive, non-reactionary way of saying 'something', and this is what I came up with:
'Excuse me. We are performing for you. For You. Give us some respect or please leave, because you're disturbing the show."
But, I didn't have to do that...
Unlike Wolverine and James Bond...
Ah, well!
But, for those of you who don't know, our lead actress (a 60-something white woman) had an overdose of crazy for breakfast, and has left our director (a 30-something black man) to take over the role.
He is doing a phenomenal job, and despite the initial fears I had, being a 'Waiting for Guffman fan', the show is much better than it ever has been...
But, our director-come-actor said it perfectly, that despite the horrors of dealing with loud audience members, and a row in the audience exploding in a cacophony of 4-letter words, the show was better than it ever has been...
Which is more than I can say for Parker Posey and Christopher Guest...
So good to have a day off today...
Stop procrastinating, Nils... Get to readin' yer book...
