Faithless bitches have bowed their final bow.
At least for now...
I'm hugely looking forward to Vancouver for the holidays.
This year is going to be madness
As...
My sister is getting married.
Yup.
Married.
I'm really looking forward to it, actually...
I haven't been to many weddings,
And I'm pretty sure this will be my first wedding for my sister,
So it's going to be a new experience, for sure...
Growing up, I think I really took for granted sit-down breakfasts...
Recently, I've been used to:
3 eggs
2 egg whites
spinach (or carrots)
frozen berries (the darker the better- avoid cranberries)
oats
Dr. Oetker 'Onken' Fruit Yogurt (avoid wholegrain)
0% greek yogurt
Rice milk (Vanilla- or Almond if they have it)
2 bananas
Blended until smooth
But recently,
Ever since my mother came to visit
And reminded me of the joys of a breakfast that can't be eaten while holding an umbrella with headphones on while dodging London Lite magazine flyers as you're texting that chocolate company that you work for that you're going to be late.
I forgot how much I missed that...
So...
Becca and I have started having more sit-down breakfasts with eggs that you eat out of a cup with a spoon instead of a straw...
It's a beautiful way to start the day.
Aurianne left London yesterday.
Since moving to London,
I feel as if I have gone through waves of people passing through London.
People I connect with so intensely
that are momentarily affecting my life
and permanently influencing my life...
...
And life also seems to be moving faster...
yesterday someone asked how long I'd been here,
And I had to pause and reflect after I said 'Over 3 years'
just so I could process that I've been living in London for over 3 years...
And it feels like no time has passed at all.
God.
I'm 25 and sound like I'm 80.
But, seriously.
Being in London- in a central hub
I definitely feel it affect my life.
...looking forward to Saturday morning jazz hosted by Jone...
and of course...
celebrating
my sister getting married!
